DCS Cleantech Oy offers surface treatment services according to customer needs. We have 20 years of experience in the surface treatment industry. We use high-quality materials and equipment.

We perform wet painting and grit blasting in accordance with EN standards. We can handle any project from small parts to large structures, up to the size of a shipping container.

The surface treatment methods we use

Hail blasting

In grit blasting, we spray steel grit at high pressure onto the metal surface to be treated.
Compressed air combined with an abrasive material cleans the surface of metal structures and prepares it for painting.
The method removes rust, dirt, grease and old paint and creates a rough surface that improves paint adhesion.
Grit blasting is an inexpensive and quick way to remove contaminants from surfaces.

Wet painting

Wet painting is a versatile method that is suitable for treating almost any surface.
We spray and brush paint to the required finish. We use different types of paints, such as epoxy, polyurethane and zinc, depending on the project requirements and specifications.
We follow the ISO 12944 standard in the selection and use of paint systems. C1-CX are our normal processing standards.
